Cycling on the old Putnam railroad tracks in Lower Hudson Valley, NY provided my visual nourishment for the day. The design elements, season and signs that line the bike path.
When leaves begin to change color and fall to the earth, the ambient sound becomes more bright and resonant. Layers of the environment are revealed and the textures of nature appear more apparent with the contrast. When our environment expands, our breath and thoughts begin to change rhythm. An opportunity to shift our perception and patterns of behavior.
Sometimes we do not see things, until we observe with clear intention.
